Hatha mix focuses on building and expanding on foundational poses while learning to use the power of your breath to increase your flexibility, power and resilience.

Surrender to your Deepest Self
Holding poses for Longer intervals lets you get deep into your connective tissues. Pair this with guided full body relaxation and you learn to use your breath to go within and heal.
